This saturday 20 March is “Clean up Portugal Day” (www.limparportugal.org).
The Association Mondego-Vale will be participating in the area of Póvoa de Midões to clean the from the village down to the Rio Mondego.
We will be meeting in the village next to Ermalindas Bar (Rua Gabriel Soares Chaves) at 09:00 where we will form 3 groups:
1st group to go around the village
2nd group to clean the valley
3rd group to do along the river.
Moise and myself will organise the tractor to go around the valley and down to the river to collect all the refuse.
The more people to help clean up the quicker it can get done and hope fully have some fun on the way. Please let me know if you will come to help so that I can organise the groups. All children welcome to come and join us and learn how to keep our country tidy.
