We have about 1.5 hectares in Caramulo mountains of central Portugal - mostly terraced, but some woodland and surrounded by forest and scrub land - south facing with a stream running down the border. We have a number of buildings, mostly run-down, but one of which we live in - there is also a VW campervan parked on a terrace - with stunning views, it's own water and power from our solar system - it's also got a small kitchen. We have a number of people coming or planning to come to stay with us to help out - but we're ideally looking for people with projects, skills and / or equipment. II have a plot with 3000 sqm of land with lot of vegetation and close to all amenities, there is a borehole and electricity + telephone ( this one pass in front of the land ), I am selling for 25 thousand euros.
